Keeping a character run without turning it into a shopping list
Marvel NFT comics invite completionism. A Veve run that adds a variant every few weeks can make a collector feel late. A watchlist that uses red badges and timers would exploit that feeling. We refuse those devices.
A character-run watchlist at this desk looks like a pamphlet pull list: sequence, cover type, date seen. Reprint waves get new rows. Missing rows stay missing. The empty cell is information. Filling it with a “buy now” caption would turn clerical work into pressure.
If you sit with us for notebook alignment, bring the list you already keep. We will not add shopping language in the margins. Completing a digital run is a private taste, not a service outcome we sell.
