Refund Policy

Site Anchor Point does not sell digital comics, gems, or software downloads through this website. There is no online checkout. This policy covers payments you may make after speaking with the desk about a written watchlist or a visit.

What can be refunded

If you paid for a drop-night log or a character-run board and we failed to deliver the dated sheet we agreed on the call, we will refund that payment in full using the same channel you used, usually within ten Bangkok business days after we confirm the miss.

If a notebook alignment visit is cancelled by us, we refund the visit fee. If you arrive more than twenty minutes late without calling +66 2 555 4140, the slot may be released and the fee kept as a missed-desk charge.

What cannot be refunded

Time already spent building a board you later decide you do not like as a collector is not refundable, because the work product is a record, not a speculative gain. We also cannot refund Veve mints, Marvel NFT comics you acquired elsewhere, or conversions you performed with any Binance-compatible tool. Those transactions never pass through us.

How to request a refund

There is no refund form on the website. Call +66 2 555 4140 or email contact@siteanchorpoint.click with the date of the agreement and the service name. We will confirm whether a sheet was delivered.

Partial work

If a month-long character-run board is stopped halfway by mutual agreement, we bill only the weeks already written and return the unused remainder.

Charge disputes

Because we do not operate card checkout on this domain, any bank inquiry should reference the transfer you initiated after our phone call, not a fictional cart ID.

Governing sense of fairness

This policy follows ordinary service practice in Thailand for clerical work. It does not create a consumer right to unwind a market movement in Marvel NFT comics.
